These terms and guidelines are for vendor and exhibitor space on the Parke County 4-H Fairgrounds, during the 2026 Parke County 4-H Fair, July 13-16, 2026.
1. Participants will not be charged a fee but instead asked to showcase their industry. Showcasing will be defined as having a finished product display, visual aids showing the process or program, or live interaction with visitors.
2. Vendors / Exhibitors must provide to Partnership Parke County with a Certificate of Liability Insurance. The following should be listed as Certificate Holders:
· Partnership Parke County
· Parke County 4-H Fair Board
· Parke County Commissioners
3. Exhibit time period: July 13-16, 2026. Vendors and Exhibitors are expected to stay through the duration of the term of the exhibit time period. Exhibit times will be 5:30-8:00 p.m. each evening and Vendors and Exhibitors are expected to be present during these hours.
4. Vendors / Exhibitors may move in and set up on Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. Other arrangements need to be made in advance with Partnership Parke County. Vendors / Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own display table(s) and chairs, if needed.
5. All table covers, curtains, or display fabric must be flame retardant.
6. Any display with equipment that requires a battery and/or gasoline must disconnect the battery and put tape over the gas cap.
7. Parke County Fair Board will provide reasonable care and security, but it is agreed the Fair Board cannot guarantee that theft, vandalism, damage, or other losses will not occur, and will not be held responsible for any such loss.
8. Other:
· Partnership Parke County has final approval of all items displayed or sold
· No knives, guns, explosives, fireworks, or ammunition are permitted on the fairgrounds
· No alcohol is permitted on the property
· No fireworks may be sold or set off by unauthorized individuals
