Available to Request:

  • Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) - 50 surgical masks and 32 oz. of hand sanitizer per order. You must provide your own container for the sanitizer.

  • Changing Up the Business Model - workshops to help you take your business virtual or learn more about online marketing

  • Financial Counseling Assistance - workshops and 1:1 sessions to develop a recovery strategy

NOTE: PPE and services are available at no costs to the business owners or organization leaders.

SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans Now Open for Indiana Small Businesses

Thanks to a concerted effort by our partners throughout the state, Indiana small businesses can now apply for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL).


What's an EIDL?

  • The SBA EIDL program can provide low-interest loans of up to $2M to businesses and private non-profits.

  • EIDLs may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills. 

  • The interest rate is 3.75% for small businesses without credit available elsewhere. The interest rate for non-profits is 2.75%.

  • EIDLs have long-term repayment options, up to a maximum of 30 years. Terms are determined on a case-by-case basis, based on borrower's ability to repay.

Small Business Assistance (Round 2)

Round 2 - Small Business Loan Program for Parke County
The Indiana Office of Community (OCRA) and Rural Affairs has a forgivable loan program to support the retention of low-to-moderate-income (LMI) jobs.  Parke County has received funding and will be accepting loan applications from now UNTIL OCTOBER 28, 2022.

​In order to qualify your business must have less than 100 employees and 51% or more of the employees' family income must fall below the maximum income requirements.  The income survey must be completed for EACH employee.  If you have less than 5 employees, the owner income survey MUST be included.

​Maximum Loan Amount = $10,000
First 6 months payments deferred and interest free
After 2 years balance of loan forgiven if all agreed terms met
Loans awarded on or after November 1, 2022
